How to return a problematic item

Discussion with our Service Team is required before any return. Usually we can quickly resolve your problems, so it is necessary to tell us FIRSTLY if your goods seem problematic.

All returned products must be sent together with the original packaging and accessories unless an exception is agreed in advance.

All returned products should be shipped to us via Postal Office, not couriers such as DHL,UPS,TNT and Fedex.

Please use postal service to ship item back and please write less value,eg. $30, as we specified.

Please pack item well to protect it from damage during shipping.

 

Physical damage to a product caused by the user invalidates the warranty, such as dissassembling products, repairing or modifying components, flashing the firmware or using non-approved software invalidates the warranty.

In the event of missing accessories, we do not accept return and will ship the accessories to your without charging you shipping fee. 

In the event of an order including serveral items, we only accept returning of the wrong items which are supposed be returned after authorization.
